I ordered a few accessories such as a couple of extra tires, a handlebar bag, four brake pads and a replacement rear tail light that was damaged during shipping. the company very kindly included the tail light at no cost. They also included a couple of the 160mm brake discs at no cost which I thought was fantastic and made me feel appreciated as a customer. The items were packaged extremely well. Far better than I would have ever expected with plenty of protection and stabilization for the parts.
